Last week Leland and I were in Dallas all week house hunting and Leland had to work the whole week. So we did as much house hunting we could until he had to work Monday and so Kate and I took it from there and went "shopping" for homes all week. Well, we actually found the house we really wanted on day one. It's in Murphy and it's a new construction in a new neighborhood. We were able to talk the builder into making a few changes for us and we are soooo excited to move in. Of course we havent closed yet, so as long as everything from here on out goes okay, it will be ours soon. We hope to close sometime mid-late July. Can't wait! One tricky part, we need to sell our house here still! Yikes!

you are just down the street from us. maxwell creek is the neighborhood with the big waterslides. you can get to it off of murphy rd if you turn down the little street mcmillin. you will love it out here.
