She had her checkup today. Our growing girls' stats are:14lbs. 13oz. (25th%) little bitty
26.5 inches long (75th %) long
16.5 inches in head diameter (25th %) small noggin
If you look real close, her left eye is irritated from a blocked tear duct. Antibiotics is not doing the trick and it's constantly getting goupy and yucky. So her doctor referred us to an opthomalogist to have them look at it. I'm not sure what they will do, but we will find out next week.

Morgan will grab anything she can get her little hands on as fast as she can. Here she is playing with her aunt Ellen's hat.

Mommy and Morgy (unfortunately she's somehow gotten the nickname Morgy around here. It's not very cute but we say it all the time). Or Morgster is the other one. ha!
Morgan is doing great with her cereal and solids. So far she's had sweet potatoes (likes) carrots (likes) and peas (not a fan). I decided I wasn't going to warm up her veggies like I did for Kate so she'd be used to eating them room temp (gross) but if she doesn't know the difference it will make it much easier on me! The things you learn with your first of what not to do with your 2nd. Another would be not rocking your baby to sleep and letting her cry it out instead. We did this early on with Morgan and she has been the best sleeper. She takes 2-3 naps a day (I am able to just lay her down when she's getting sleepy, give her a paci and she goes to sleep on her own....most of the time) it's awesome!! At night she's going to bed around 7:30 or 8pm and sleeps unitl 7-7:30am. It's wonderful!
